Caika is committed to providing a safe, lawful, and responsible AI image generation service. This Acceptable Use Policy supplements the Terms of Service and defines the content standards, moderation, reporting process, and enforcement measures that apply to every user.
This policy applies to prompts and instructions, uploaded reference images, AI-generated or edited images, public gallery submissions, stored content, and related account activity on Caika.
Caika explicitly prohibits using the service to generate, request, upload, publish, store, or distribute all six of the following content categories:
Caika applies zero tolerance to CSAM, sexual content involving minors, terrorism or extremist support, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, incitement to genocide or identity-based violence, and non-consensual sexual deepfakes involving a real person. Confirmed content may be removed immediately, accounts may be permanently terminated, and suspected unlawful conduct may be reported to competent authorities where required or reasonably necessary.
You must not use the service for fraud, phishing, malware, spam, targeted harassment, threats, violent wrongdoing, deceptive AI impersonation, evasion of safety controls, or any other unlawful or harmful activity. Do not upload another person's data or image without the required permission.
Caika applies local keyword controls before sending image generation requests to a model. Generated images and prompts are also subject to the safety systems of the configured image-generation providers. Flagged requests, user reports, and suspected violations may receive human review.
Moderation is not perfect. The absence of a warning or block does not mean content is lawful or permitted, and attempts to bypass moderation or technical safeguards are prohibited.
Users may report content or conduct that violates this policy, presents a child-safety or other serious risk, impersonates a real person, or infringes their rights. Reports are reviewed neutrally and in good faith. We limit access to reporter information as reasonably necessary for review, safety, legal compliance, and enforcement. Malicious or knowingly false reports may themselves result in action.
Send reports to the monitored email address support@caika.app with the subject line "AUP Report". Include the relevant Caika URL or generation identifier, the prohibited-content category, a brief explanation, and enough information to locate and assess the content. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Our process is: receive the report, assess its severity, review the relevant content and records using automated checks and human review where appropriate, make an enforcement decision, carry out the action, and provide a status or outcome update when appropriate. We may request additional information when a report cannot be assessed as submitted.
Depending on severity and history, Caika may issue a warning, reject a generation request, restrict or remove content, limit features or model access, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, or report suspected unlawful conduct to competent authorities. Child-safety threats and other severe or imminent risks receive priority review.
